THE LEVEL 3 WORKSKILLS COURSE

Who is this course for?
This is a flexible suite of qualifications suitable for learners of all ages and at all stages of their working lives. Our vision is to equip young people and adults with the skills to gain and retain a job in challenging times. WorkSkills builds on the ABC of employability to develop the skills that employers are looking for: attitude, behaviour and communication.

The awarding body:
Edexcel is one of the leading examining and awarding bodies in the UK and throughout the world. It incorporates all the qualifications previously awarded under the Edexcel and BTEC brands. Edexcel provides a wide range of qualifications including general (academic), vocational, occupational and specific programmes for employers.

These programmes are designed to develop students' employability skills prior to them getting a job, and to improve their chances of succeeding in their job once they have secured it. They are practical programmes with specially designed course material. The classes include the skills that one would expect to use in the workplace and these include: working as part of a team; group participation in exercises; interviews, report writing, analysis and presentations.
